Product Performance

This tube is internally coated with a specially formulated clot activator, which rapidly promotes the coagulation of the collected blood.

At the bottom of the tube lies an inert separation gel with a specific gravity between serum and blood cells. After centrifugation, the gel

forms a stable barrier between the serum and the cellular components, effectively preventing contamination and hemolysis.

This ensures the serum remains clear and suitable for testing over an extended period.

Principle of Operation

Once the blood sample is drawn into the vacuum tube, reverts the tube 5-8 times, the clot activator quickly initiates the clotting process.

The tube is then centrifuged, during which the gel moves upward to position itself between the clot and the serum. This gel barrier

isolates the serum completely, minimizing interference from cellular metabolites and improving the accuracy and stability of test results.
