Applications and Features:
The cryovial is made of ultra-low-temperature resistant polypropylene ( PP ) as raw material, which is a disposable laboratory consumable dedicated to the storage of biological samples. It can withstand low temperature to -196 degrees Celsius in the gaseous state environment of liquid nitrogen. The unique design avoids the possibility of cross infection. Cap with silicone gasket inside to avoid the leakage of liquid, even under the liquid ammonia can guarantee the sealing, ensure the safety of the tube samples finally. Cap is equipped with a variety of embeddable color code, the white mark on the tube body area and clear scale , they are all help the user to mark and calibrate the capacity.
1.The internal rotary cryovial is designed for storing samples in liquid nitrogen gas, and the special silicone pad at the mouth of the vial is resistant to ultra-low temperature to enhance the sealing of the cryovial.
2.The external rotary cryovial is designed for frozen samples, and the rotary cover can reduce the chance of contamination when handling samples.
3.The cryovial cap grain is easy to rotate the lid with one hand.
4.Color standard: red, blue, yellow, green, white, transparent color, light blue, the color can be customized.
5.The cap and cryovial body are both made of PP material of the same batch and model, so the same expansion coefficient ensures the seal.
6.Internal U-shaped bottom design minimizes sample residue when used.
7.Large marking area is easy to write.
8.The sample is easy to observe because the vial is transparent.
9.The raw materials is imported ultra-low temperature resistant medical grade PP.
10.The purification workshop production, without DNA enzyme, no RNA enzymes, no to pyrogen, gamma ray sterilization.
